Not many people make it back at 96 with a fall and broken bones, we were fortunate to be at The Pines. The Pines at Philadelphia is a beautiful facility that truly cares for each and every patient. The staff, and especially the administrator are extremely attentive to all their residents’ needs. I am very happy that my aunt is in this home for her recovery needs, and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for themselves or their loved one to recover.

Medicare

Her physical therapist, Derek was amazing.Every nurse there helped my mom each night at the nurses station to keep… With a focus on promoting wellness and independence, The Pines offers a range of programs and therapies designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of its residents. No communication .No compassion at all for patients . Executive staff understaffed ..Nurses aides from outside agency no vested interest in patients or facility .

I went to check out the facility for a relative of mine and while I was there I took a quick tour. The facility and the grounds were really nice and modern looking.

My mom was there for rehab before and after a heart procedure. We knew about the facility because my dad spent some time there last year and the staff was great with him.. For my mom, the staff was very good with her and she was very happy with the treatment she received from Derek and Troy on a daily basis and would have taken both of them home with her if she could. I also cannot say enough about Katie the nurse manager. She and I spoke many times by phone or text when there were things that needed to be done or if I had questions about things and she took care of it. Those with certain disabilities or diseases have more obstacles to overcome when searching for a quality assisted living home.

The staff is very pleasant and friendly, anyone that I passed in the hallway always greeted me. My Mother also commented to me that if you have to be in any rehab, this is the place to be. Derek was my Mom’s therapy coach, and he was incredibly good with her.
